Thankfulness Drives Faithfulness

Acts 18:18-23

Paul spent a year and a half enjoying God’s assurance and protection. In today’s text, he takes inventory and expresses thankfulness for God’s goodness during this time – God’s provision of friends and co-workers, of Spiritual fruit, and of protection – and then like a gardener in Spring, continues on his way, tilling soil and sowing Gospel seeds and then tending and nurturing Gospel growth. Thankfulness drives Paul’s faithfulness.
